Wait a go for being an advocate for sharing, Oksana! TMZ, the sleazy gossip website - frequently checked and linked to by this website - has revealed that the groundbreaking recording artist who brought you Mel Gibson Rant #6 has more recordings on the way - and is keeping some (somewhat selfishly) in her own personal collection.

I'm sure we're all ready to hear the next dizzyingly shocking recordings of Mel Gibson's hateful rant. Maybe I'll just wait for the DVD box set before I listen to it online. It's important to give back to the artists who recorded it, remember.

Mel Gibson lost his temper because 'he'd stopped smoking'

Explosive star Mel Gibson says that he lost his temper in the recorded arguments because he had decided to quit smoking that day, according to Oksana Grigorieva.

Celebrity website TMZ has learned that Oksana claimed Mel was 'enraged' because that day he had decided to stop smoking.

She says Gibson tried to give up the habit once a month - each attempt to no avail. [TMZ]

Mel Gibson hit his child - new tape suggests

A new tape has been released onto the open internet that reveals what Oksana truly believes about Mel Gibson: "You're unbalanced", she said. But that wasn't all it revealed, or for that matter, the worst of it. "You are a complete monster!"

Perhaps the most revealing allegation contained in the five-minute tape was the comment about Gibson's hitting his daughter. "You hit me and you hit her, while she was in my hands". "You need a f**king kick up the ass for being a b***h, c**t, golddigging whore with a pussy son," he responded.

"You're a moving violation," he continued. Gibson is also heard spitting at some point in the tape.

Gibson is referring to Grigorieva's son, with whom she shares parenthood with Timothy Dalton - the actor who experienced a two film stint as James Bond in The Living Daylights and License to Kill.

Whether or not these tapes can be used in court is almost beside the point, as the public opinion could turn against him regardless.

Mel Gibson rant tapes show evidence of editing

Gossip website TMZ has learned from a number of unnamed sources that the tapes recorded by Mel Gibson's wife, Oksana Grigorieva, of her husband shouting and ranting at her show signs that editing may have been performed on the tapes - which were leaked by an undetermined individual or group.

If the evidence points to the truth, the tapes will become inadmissible in a court of law.

The LA County Sheriff's Department would have to authenticate the tapes before they can be used in any court situation - which requires they be sent to the DA's office and could take an indefinite time to complete. According to the website:

As we first reported, Mel's lawyers will be presenting evidence to the Sheriff's Department and we're told among the evidence they will present -- that the tapes have been altered.  We're told Mel's lawyers will present "concrete forensic evidence" of tampering with the tapes, including editing.

Oksana's attorneys tell TMZ, "We are not aware of any presentation Gibson's lawyers are making, but we are not surprised they would make such unfounded claims."
