The baby who tragically smokes several packs a day has reportedly had his smoking intake cut down to just 15 cigarettes each day.
A child welfare official said that the monumental cutback was due to play based rehabilitation for the two year old indonesian baby.
The Government has reportedly pledged to buy the family a car should their child, named Ardi, stop smoking. "He looks pretty healthy to me. I don't see the problem," says his dad.
