After watching it for the second and final time, I've officially and without doubt decided that its a piece of sh*t. I don't really have much else to say about it. Its awfulness has almost left me without words but you really have to see it your self to decide.
Do not! go in expecting Borat because you won't get something as funny as that. To end this post I'll leave you with the final sentence in a user review @ IMDB.
